Job summary

H&Z UK, part of h&Z Unternehmensberatung AG, is expanding and seeking a driven Consultant to support cost-improvement initiatives across direct and indirect categories, contribute to transformations, and implement procurement technology. You will work in a hybrid model with on-site client engagements, particularly in London.

The role requires an excellent procurement/ business degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in procurement/supply chain/economics/business orientation.
• Work placement experience in procurement/consultancy is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear understanding of technical issues and excellent communication.
• Fluency in English; German would be a plus.

The role of Consultant at H&Z is the first step on a Management Consulting career path with Europe's leading procurement consultancy. Working as part of a team, and with focused development, training and mentoring, you will take early responsibility for the delivery of cost improvement initiatives across direct and indirect categories, support organisational transformation initiatives, and work closely with the implementation of leading procurement technology.
