About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team in Richmond upon Thames. This full-time position involves working with Key Stage 1 and 2 children, supporting those with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities as a Supply SEN Teacher in Richmond upon Thames:

1. Develop and implement tailored learning plans for students with diverse SEN needs.
2. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
3. Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
4. Monitor and assess students' progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
5. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' development and well-being.

Requirements:

1. Full teaching qualifications (QTS).
