Job summary

VANRATH is partnering with a dynamic FMCG manufacturing organisation in Ballymena, recruiting for a Supply & Production Planner. Join a team dedicated to operational excellence, with a Monday–Friday 08:30–16:00 schedule and no weekends.

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling within an FMCG environment.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and SLAs.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to optimise schedules and minimise downtime.
• Adjust schedules in real-time to resolve issues such as machine breakdowns or demand fluctuations.
• Lead planning meetings and provide updates on performance and risks.
