Mach Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Planner for a respected food manufacturer. You will oversee the movement of raw materials to finished products, from supplier to customer, and build strong ties with suppliers and production teams.

You will produce daily production plans and forecasts, ensure stock accuracy, monitor inventory, and collaborate across departments to drive efficient operations and on-time delivery.

Formación

• Planning and forecasting within food manufacturing.
• Short shelf-life planning is advantageous.
• Working with Customers and teams; strong IT skills including SAP and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food products stock levels are managed and maintained.
• Provide up-to-date daily forecasts and issue raw material reports.
• Work closely with other departments to align production and supply.
• Generate spreadsheets to supply information to the business.
• Forecasting and production planning for seasonal trends, promotions, etc.

My client, a successful food manufacturer, is seeking a Production Planner to oversee the movement of raw materials to finished products, from supplier to customer.

You will build strong relationships with suppliers, supply chain and production departments. You will be responsible for producing daily production plans and forecasts, ensuring stock is accurately managed and monitoring the stocks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure food products stock levels are managed and maintained
• Provide up-to-date daily forecasts and issue raw material reports
• Work closely with other departments
• Generate spreadsheets to supply information to the business
• Forecasting and production planning for seasonal trends, promotions, etc

Skills and Experience

• Planning and forecasting within food manufacturing
• Short Shelf-life planning is advantageous
• Working with Customers
• Good IT skills including Intermediate/Advanced Excel and SAP
• Efficient time management while working under pressure and to deadlines
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team

The Role

• Permanent
• Monday to Friday
• Hybrid (x2 days at home)
• Based on 8.30am-5pm working week
• Company Pension
• 25 days + BH leave
