Job summary

CTR Select is recruiting an experienced Supply Planner to join a leading international business. The role focuses on supply planning, DRP, inventory management and ERP systems to ensure product availability across a global network.

Based in Windsor, this permanent, office-based position offers clear opportunities to develop in a fast-paced supply chain environment with strong emphasis on collaboration with Procurement, Demand Planning and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Planner or similar role.
• Experience within FMCG, food, manufacturing, logistics or distribution.
• Knowledge of DRP, MRP and inventory management.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or similar.
• Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply and distribution plans.
• Execute DRP and maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders and Stock Transfer Orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and expedite deliveries where required.
• Investigate stock shortages and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain accurate planning data and produce KPI reports.
• Work closely with Procurement, Demand Planning, Operations and Suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain function.

CTR Select is recruiting for an experienced Supply Planner to join a leading international business within a fast‑paced supply chain environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a planner with experience in supply planning, DRP, inventory management and ERP systems to play a key role in ensuring product availability across a global network.

Key Responsibilities
