As part of a global manufacturing business, you will collaborate across Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing, drive continuous improvements and have clear long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning or Materials Planning within FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong ability to analyse planning data and use Excel for reporting.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand.
• Managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying supply risks.
• Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing teams.
• Analysing planning and inventory data to support business decisions.
• Driving process improvements, reducing waste and improving planning efficiency.
• Producing planning reports and KPI information.

Location: Northamptonshire (Hybrid)
Salary: 39,750 - 43,250 + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Supply Chain, Production or Materials Planner looking for your next challenge within a global manufacturing business?

We're working with a market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Supply Chain Planning Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring production plans, material availability and inventory levels are aligned to meet customer demand.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you\'ll have genuine ownership, work across multiple departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also offers clear long-term progression for the right individual.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:
