Job summary

Kinetic PLC is seeking a planning professional responsible for coordinating 1–4 month horizons, analysing data, and driving planned actions with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with production, procurement and product management to translate strategic plans into executable actions and resolve issues with stakeholders.

Key tasks include coordinating with external suppliers, optimising inventory and product supply, rolling out line changes, and maintaining master data and KPI

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP/APO desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production plans with external suppliers for a bought-in goods portfolio.
• Optimise product supply to meet customer service and working capital/DIO objectives.
• Execute product/packaging rollovers, introductions and discontinuations, minimising risk of redundant materials/products.
• Manage critical codes and inventory issues.
• Optimise the use of planning systems.
• Support Monthly OBSM process including OBSM Planning projections and liaise with Product Management for write-off proposals.
• Support the Product Change Process ensuring accurate master data maintenance.
• Support running and maintaining key KPI reports.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
