Job summary

Gloucestershire-based FMCG business is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team, with a requirement to be in the office one day per week. You will manage end-to-end supply chain across the business, working with sales, finance, and warehouse partners to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end supply chain in FMCG.
• Experience managing outsourced 3PL/4PL with SLAs.
• Experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
• Proactive, highly organized with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and S&OP, forecast, purchase planning, supplier coordination and inventory replenishment.
• Oversee stock, inventory, cost management, stock reporting and supplier invoice analysis.
• Manage 3PL/4PL and contract manufacturing partners to drive KPI delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer service, including international trade docs.
• Lead and develop the Operations Executive, delivering reporting and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
