Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd in Banbury is seeking a Production Scheduler to manage production schedules and align customer demands with internal production plans. This 15-month fixed-term contract offers a hands-on role in coordinating across manufacturing operations.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Transport, Quality and Raw Materials to keep the schedule on track, balance changes, and support timely customer deliveries while minimising downtime and optimising resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in supply planning, production planning or scheduling.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Experience with SAP, OMP and Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production schedules across an 11-day rolling period.
• Balance customer orders with internal production requirements to support line operations.
• Collaborate daily with Manufacturing, Transport, Quality and Raw Materials teams to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.
• Work with OPR Planners to resolve volume conflicts.
• Manage short and long-term customer order changes and adjust the production schedule accordingly.
• Issue the daily production schedule to Materials Planning and Manufacturing teams to support material preparation and production execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to plan and schedule liquid trials within the production plan.
• Work with Projects and Maintenance teams to plan scheduled downtime while minimising disruption to customer deliveries.

Supply Planner Responsibilities:

• Create and manage production schedules across an 11-day rolling period
• Balance customer orders with internal production requirements to support line operations
