Pod Talent in the UK is seeking a Supply Planner to join a growing manufacturing business on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.
You will create and manage supply plans, lead S&OP activities, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Commercial, Quality, Customer Service, and external suppliers to ensure continuity and efficiency.

I am excited to be working with a manufacturing company in Wales that is looking for a Supply Planner to join their team (3 days per week in the office).
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent product availability across manufacturing sites and external suppliers by balancing customer service, inventory levels, working capital, and operational capacity. You'll own key supply planning and S&OP activities, develop robust supply plans, manage supply risks, and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Commercial teams, and external partners, you will play a key role in driving supply continuity, supporting business growth, and continuously improving planning performance.
