Job summary

Servaada is seeking a Supply & Demand Resource Manager to join our Central Change Office. You will ensure we have the right people, skills and capacity to deliver across business and client portfolios.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, Finance, Procurement and delivery teams to manage resource demand, capacity planning, reporting and invoicing support, enabling on-time delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management, workforce planning or invoicing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience forecasting resource demand across multiple projects or portfolios.
• Ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using PPM, workforce planning or reporting tools.
• Understanding of financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource demand, capacity and skills across change programmes and projects.
• Maintain an accurate view of available resources, including employees, contractors, vendors and offshore teams.
• Produce reporting on capacity, utilisation, skills gaps and resource forecasts.
• Support Finance with invoicing, billing queries and resource profitability data.
• Identify resource shortages, bottlenecks and delivery risks.
• Facilitate resource allocation discussions and decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure specialist resources.
• Support continuous improvement of resource management processes and tools.

About the Role

Servaada is looking for a Supply & Demand Resource Manager to join our Central Change Office. This role is responsible for ensuring we have the right people, skills and capacity in place to deliver change across our business and client portfolios.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Finance, Procurement, delivery teams and external partners to manage resource demand, capacity planning, reporting and invoicing support.
