Job summary

Servaada, Wipro's UK entity, seeks an experienced Transformation Programme Lead to drive large-scale programmes in Life & Pensions. You will manage multiple workstreams, develop programmes plans, budgets and governance, and lead Project Managers and Business Analysts.

You will build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, manage risks and change, and report clear updates to executives, ensuring delivery excellence and business readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive Life & Pensions transformation leadership experience.
• Proven track record steering large-scale programmes.
• Experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Skilled managing budgets, forecasts and benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Experience with outsourcing in financial services.
• Experience with operating model change, automation or platform modernization.
• MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualifications.

What We Are Looking For
