Job summary

Servaada is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with Life & Pensions experience to join our UK team. You will gather requirements, run workshops, map processes and customer journeys, and identify risks and opportunities to support successful delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and experience in outsourcing or financial services environments, Agile/Waterfall delivery, and a Business Analysis qualification.

What We're Looking For

Strong Life & Pensions experience, proven Business Analysis experience, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, process mapping and requirements gathering expertise, and the ability to solve complex business problems.

Experience in outsourcing or financial services environments, transformation programmes, Agile/Waterfall delivery, and a Business Analysis qualification.
