Servaada, a Wipro UK entity, is seeking a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead complex change in financial services platforms and propositions, from mobilisation through delivery. This hybrid role requires collaboration with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Risk & Compliance, and senior stakeholders, with travel to the Bath office as required and a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Senior PM with experience delivering change and transformation within Financial Services.
• Proven track record leading complex business and technology change programmes, including Agile delivery.
• Experience delivering product, proposition and digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise across project planning, governance, RAID management, financial management and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments and tailoring delivery approaches.

Servaada, a Wipro company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing delivery team and drive the successful delivery of proposition, digital and regulatory change initiatives. Responsibilities:

You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including:

• Digital and mobile platform enhancements
• Product and proposition development
• Regulatory and compliance-driven change
• Cross-functional technology transformation programmes

Working closely with Product Owners, Technology teams, Operations, Risk & Compliance and senior stakeholders, you will drive projects from mobilisation through to successful implementation and business adoption.

• Senior Project Manager with experience of delivering change and transformation within Financial Services
• Proven experience leading complex business and technology change programmes, including Agile delivery
• Strong track record delivering product, proposition and digital transformation initiatives
• Expertise across project planning, governance, RAID management, financial management, stakeholder management and delivery execution
• Comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments, tailoring delivery approaches to achieve the best outcomes
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers and Operational teams
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience within Wealth Management, Investment Platforms or Consulting environments is highly desirable
