Baxter in London is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead Customer Service and Order Entry, delivering outstanding service while driving ERP and AI-enabled improvements. You will manage teams, optimize workflows, and support ERP developments to embed new processes and ways of working.

You will collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Commercial teams to sustain supply, improve metrics, and enhance customer experience through data-driven decisions.

• Managing customer orders, enquiries, escalations, and service requirements with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, service levels, and team effectiveness.

• Identifying opportunities to utilise AI and automation to improve workflows, reporting, and customer experience.

Are you an experienced supply chain or customer service leader who enjoys driving change, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams? We're looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our Customer Service and Order Entry functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the implementation of new systems, improved processes, and data-driven decision making. What You'll Be Doing

• Previous leadership or management experience within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or a similar environment.
• A strong customer service background with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and supporting system implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing inventory, stock control, and inventory accuracy processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Experience using data to drive operational performance and decision making.

Desirable Experience

• Power BI experience or other reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP environment.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
