Baxter in London is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our Customer Service and Order Entry functions, ensuring exceptional service while supporting ERP transformations and data-driven improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Order Entry teams to deliver excellent service and operational performance.
• Manage customer orders, enquiries, escalations, and service requirements with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, service levels, and team effectiveness.
• Support ERP system developments and help embed new processes and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to utilise AI and automation to improve workflows, reporting, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure continuity of supply.
• Monitor and improve key supply chain performance metrics.
• Manage inventory and stock control activities, ensuring robust stock management and inventory accuracy.
• Use data and insights to support operational decision-making and drive performance improvements.
• Lead projects that enhance supply chain performance, customer satisfaction, and business results.

Supply Chain Supervisor

Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experienced supply chain or customer service leader who enjoys driving change, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams?

We're looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our Customer Service and Order Entry functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the implementation of new systems, improved processes, and data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing Customer Service and Order Entry teams to deliver excellent service and operational performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience within Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, or a similar environment.
• A strong customer service background with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and supporting system implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing inventory, stock control, and inventory accuracy processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Experience using data to drive operational performance and decision making.

Desirable Experience

• Power BI experience or other reporting and data visualisation tools.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or GMP environment.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
