You will translate designs into working systems under the Solution Architect, ensuring stability and alignment with business needs.

The role involves 3rd line support across multiple sites, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and engagement with vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• System configuration or development experience.
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes.
• SAP exposure desirable.
• Integration knowledge (API, EDI, interfaces) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and enhance Supply Chain systems.
• Translate solution designs into technical implementations.
• Support SAP and integrated systems.
• Provide 3rd line support and incident resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver continuous improvements and optimisations.
• Support testing and release activities.
