Freight Personnel seeks a Supply Chain Solutions Business Partner with deep shipper-side supply chain experience to influence commercial activity and major bids across the UK. You will own solution design, cost modelling and evidence-based advisory, guiding sourcing decisions and customer engagements.

You will lead diagnostics, build improvement roadmaps, and support bid mobilisation while ensuring solution integrity and risk management.

Qualifications

• Substantial shipper-side supply chain experience is essential.
• Strong cost modelling and value-diagnostics capability.
• Proven ability to facilitate structured workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in sourcing, negotiations and bid/tender processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead value diagnostics and advisory work with key account managers.
• Scope new supplier requirements and qualify partners for major opportunities.
• Own operating solution design and cost models for significant bids; document assumptions.
• Support mobilisation and ensure solution integrity through implementation.
