Job description

Position: Supply Chain Quality Manager

Pay rate: £37.02 p/h inside IR35.

Location: Bristol

Role Type: Contract until 28/04/2026 with extension possibility

Position: Hybrid role

iO Associates is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality part deliveries across Final Assembly Lines (FALs) and production plants.
  2. Partner with suppliers to drive continuous development and performance improvement.
  3. Ensure supplier and product compliance with all relevant regulatory and program requirements, representing the Supply Chain perspective within multifunctional teams (MFTs).
  4. Adapt to a dynamic environment by managing evolving tasks and engaging with diverse external partners and manufacturing technologies.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and operations
  • Keen interest in supply chain management and quality assurance topics
  • Knowledge of PPS (Practical Problem Solving) methodologies such as 8D / 9S, Ishikawa, 5Why, etc.
