IO Associates is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader involved in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality part deliveries across Final Assembly Lines (FALs) and production plants.
• Partner with suppliers to drive continuous development and performance improvement.
• Ensure supplier and product compliance with all relevant regulatory and program requirements, representing the Supply Chain perspective within multifunctional teams (MFTs).
• Adapt to a dynamic environment, managing evolving tasks and engaging with diverse external partners and manufacturing technologies.

• Knowledge of PPS (Practical Problem Solving) methodologies such as 8D / 9S, Ishikawa, 5why, etc.
