The Manager, Quality Management is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within the organization. This role involves leading teams that monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of products, services, and operational procedures. The Manager will develop and implement quality control systems, conduct audits, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and drive initiatives to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 525-bed tertiary care facility. It is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads, and serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
