Job summary

Reynolds Catering Supplies is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Planner to manage materials, maintain stock, and optimise availability. The role involves collaboration across Procurement, Sales, Operations, Logistics and Quality to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

The candidate should have FMCG experience, strong Excel skills and a proven ability to analyse data and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This on-site role offers a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supply Chain environment, ideally FMCG.
• Strong MS Office skills with Excel proficiency.
• Ability to analyse and present data clearly.
• Good problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Experience with SOPs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall planning and forecasting strategy.
• Manage and maintain stock levels of materials.
• Raise purchase orders considering forecasts, lead times and shelf life.
• Ensure raw materials are sourced through approved suppliers.
• Monitor demand changes to minimise stock risks.
• Produce short and long-term reports identifying at-risk materials.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Logistics and Quality teams.
• Liaise with suppliers to meet delivery requirements.
• Help with booking procedures and compliance for suppliers.
• Participate in daily planning and communications.
