Regional Dispensing Hub Pharmacist - Basingstoke

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to join our Regional Dispensing Hub in Basingstoke. As our Supply Chain Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in our new project aimed at enabling growth through central fill innovation. You will utilize your knowledge and experience to lead the day-to-day clinical operations.

Main Responsibilities

1. Deliver daily clinical operations and services to our stores.
2. Lead a safety-first culture to ensure patient safety and compliance with health and safety standards.
3. Initiate and implement continuous improvements by establishing new procedures and evolving operations for our pharmacy stores.
4. Lead the clinical aspects of the production shift, supporting site colleagues to complete tasks accurately and within timeframes.
5. Supervise and train colleagues.
6. Collaborate as part of the RDH leadership team to support end-to-end performance.

Requirements

• GPhC Registered practicing pharmacist with extensive post-registration experience in community pharmacy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong technical and IT skills.
• Experience in distribution and supply chain, preferably in pharmacy logistics, is advantageous.
• Adaptability to evolving roles and innovations.
• Motivation to deliver continuous improvements and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
