At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, 86,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.
The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Project Supply Chain Leads delivering materials and parts to support the maintenance and operation of rail vehicles across multiple projects. The role ensures consistent delivery against standard supply chain KPIs, high levels of material availability, and optimised inventory, while embedding robust processes, tools, and standards across the portfolio.
Operating within a complex, regulated, asset‑intensive environment, the role requires strong operational leadership, structured problem solving, and experience working at scale across multiple projects or sites, typical of transportation, rail, aerospace, or engineering services organisations.
Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
Here, progress isn't always easy, but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts
