Job summary

Alstom in Derby is seeking an Engineering Quality Site Manager to ensure seamless quality assurance of engineering processes and standards. You’ll collaborate with assessors who demonstrate ownership, passion and dedication to deliver reliability across rail projects.

Your focus will be on guaranteeing quality through inspections, reviews and audits, driving lean, Right First Time principles, and deploying Design Reviews and DFMEA across programs, while leading ROOT and continual improvement

• Extensive experience in engineering quality management.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, risk analysis and audits.
• Familiarity with railway industry standards and processes.
• Proactive mindset with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Guarantee the quality of engineering deliverables through inspections, reviews, and audits.
