Job summary

Selfridges Midlands is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to provide operational coordination and analytical support across the retail end-to-end supply chain. You will act as the key interface between Stores, Merchandising and Distribution Centre, ensuring issues are resolved and performance is reported accurately.

Responsibilities include producing daily to monthly reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting continuous improvement with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Experience producing operational reporting and KPI analysis.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong problem-solving and investigation capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Desirable: Knowledge of retail distribution and replenishment processes.
• Desirable: Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Desirable: Experience working with third-party logistics providers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for store and operational supply chain queries.
• Coordinate investigations with Stores, Distribution Centres and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Monitor daily operational performance and proactively escalate emerging risks.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
• Maintain dashboards covering service levels, store delivery performance, replenishment compliance and operational KPIs.
• Analyse trends and identify recurring issues impacting customer or store service.
• Ensure accurate reporting of operational performance to support business decision making.
• Identify recurring operational issues and support root cause analysis.
• Work with Supply Chain Managers and operational partners to implement process improvements.
• Track improvement initiatives and measure delivery against agreed actions.
• Support governance meetings through preparation of reports, actions and performance updates.
• Support forecasting and replenishment planning activities.
• Assist with workload planning and operational prioritisation.
• Maintain accurate operational records, trackers and performance documentation.
• Provide administrative support for operational projects and Supply Chain initiatives.
