Amazon’s EU Relay Operations Center (ROC) is hiring an Ops Tech Integration Manager to lead end-to-end tech integration programs across ROC functions, balancing operations and technology. You will shape product roadmaps, drive KPI reporting, and collaborate with Tech and WW partners to meet EU requirements.

You will own feature intake, deployment planning, and operational readiness, while prototyping AI solutions and supporting customer onboarding for new programs.

EU Relay Operations Center (ROC) team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to help develop a world class middle mile process that delivers goods on time at the best cost.

The EU ROC Ops Tech Integration (OTI) Manager is responsible for ensuring ROC functions operate efficiently by enabling tech solutions across Disruption Management, ROCaaS, Inbound, and Fleet. This role sits at the intersection of operations and technology, managing the full lifecycle of feature requests from intake to post-deployment, influencing product long-term vision with Tech and WW partners, and ensuring alignment with EU requirements.

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvements

• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

• Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
