Job summary

Insignis Talent is seeking a Supply Chain Manager with a strong procurement background to support complex defence programmes. This is a P3-level role with no line management, ideal for an experienced Senior Buyer stepping into a broader remit.

You will manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure procurement activities deliver on time and at the right cost, while monitoring risks and supplier performance. Hybrid working is available and UK citizenship with SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Strong buying, procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating and managing suppliers/subcontractors.
• Security clearance requirements and defence exposure are a plus.

Requirements

• Strong buying, procurement or supply chain experience.
• Construction, engineering or defence experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating and managing suppliers/subcontractors.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• MCIPS, IACCM or WCC advantageous.

Security Clearance

UK citizenship is required for this position. You must also be able to obtain and maintain SC level UK Government security clearance.
