Job summary

Insignis Talent is seeking a Bid Procurement Manager to support defence and C&I programmes, working with Business Development, Programme, Finance and Bid teams to shape supply chain strategies for bids and engage suppliers.

You will help shape supplier strategy, commercial value and winning new business, with responsibilities spanning supplier relationships, bid planning, contract development and social value.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting bids or proposals, ideally within defence, engineering or regulated environments.
• Strong supplier management and relationship-building experience.
• Proven negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of contract law and procurement principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR or international trade compliance (Desirable).

You will help shape supply chain strategies for bids, identify and engage suppliers, and ensure the supply base can support both current requirements and future programmes.

This is a fast-paced role where you will have a strong influence on supplier strategy, commercial value and winning new business.

Security Clearance

UK citizenship is required.
