Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience of Supply Chain Management
Leadership and development of a team
Use of ERP systems in a Supply Chain / Manufacturing Environment
Strong planning skills and project management experience
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
Strategic planning and thinking, systems analysis and evaluation
Relationship management skills and active listening
Complex problem-solving skills
Interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of various IT systems including MS OFFICE
In-depth understanding of risk management within the supply chain of the company
Working in a FCMG / Healthcare / Medical Device Company
Understanding of Lean Principles / Six Sigma
Working knowledge of SAP
