Job summary

Advanced Medical Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage planning, sourcing and logistics to meet customer orders and OTIF targets. This role requires strong analytical ability, organisation and good IT skills.

You will use Oracle ERP to track goods from origin to delivery, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive improvements in the end-to-end supply chain within a fast-paced environment at our Stafford site.

Qualifications

• Analytical and well organised.
• Good IT skills with ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Minimum 2 years operation experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with Oracle ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a rolling two-week fixed production/supply plan.
• Ensure visibility of capacity and manpower on a rolling 3-month basis.
• Source materials on time and in full to meet orders and OTIF ≥95%.
• Negotiate contracts with raw material suppliers and customers.
• Plan and implement logistics strategy to minimise costs.
• Track goods from origin to delivery using ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and inventories; analyse performance.
• Drive improvements and manage risks affecting the supply chain.
