Job summary

Currys plc, based in Poole, is seeking a Supply Chain & IT Lead to oversee the local supply chain, stock, supplier relationships and IT support. The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid with a 9am-6pm Monday-to-Friday pattern.

You will develop the team, drive performance and ensure right-first-time service for customers and partners. The role emphasises data-driven improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, coaching and managing performance.
• Oversee day-to-day supply chain performance, monitor measures and resolve escalations.
• Manage stock and product activities: inventory, forecasts, orders and availability.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise product availability.
• Use data and feedback to improve customer journeys and experiences.
• Coordinate local IT support and hardware requirements for the team.
• Own and maintain operational procedures and training materials.
• Promote a right-first-time and continuous improvement culture.
