Job summary

Pertemps in East Grinstead is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a well-established electronics components supplier. You will manage the day-to-day coordination of one key customer account, handling orders, quotations and deliveries while liaising with customers, suppliers and the wider operations team.

You should be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and enjoy a role with many moving parts. Hybrid working after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the order process for key/high-priority accounts.
• Excellent attention to detail with orders, quotations and delivery information.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers to provide a reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check and issue quotations in line with customer requirements and supplier pricing.
• Process and manage purchase orders with international suppliers, tracking lead times and delivery dates.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to provide updates on order progress and resolve queries.
• Check supplier invoices against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Produce and maintain regular reports on order status and supply chain activity.
• Support incoming goods, check deliveries and accompanying documentation.
• Assist with preparing goods for despatch and export documentation.
• Maintain records and filing across customer and supplier orders.
• Ensure processes align with ISO9001 quality standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team.
