XPO Logistics in Crick invites you to join a Degree Apprenticeship that blends work and study. From day one you will work in our Crick Distribution Centre, while pursuing a fully funded university degree over four years.

You will gain hands-on experience in warehousing and transport, with annual rotations across the Midlands and a personalised development plan. An opportunity to graduate with a professional qualification awaits.

Responsibilities

• Progressive responsibilities year-on-year, as you grow in experience, skills and confidence.
• A personalised development plan, complete with a senior mentor, role-specific training, and real-world experience.
• Study on campus for a taste of the university life and get the opportunity to learn from the best at the Supply Chain Academy in Upminster.
• Opportunities to visit different sites, meet department heads at our quarterly insight sessions and travel around the business
