Job summary

HSL in Whetstone is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator (Goods In & Shipping) to manage goods receiving, stock control and shipping. The role is hands-on within a supportive team and offers training with progression.

You will update the ERP, maintain accurate records, prepare shipments, and liaise with Purchasing, Production and Quality to meet customer requirements. Monday to Friday, 08:30am-4:30pm, 37.5 hours, with a competitive salary and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with goods receiving, inventory and shipping.
• ERP system experience.
• Good Microsoft Office and Outlook skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Ability to follow procedures and handle products safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and finished goods and update the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate stock records, traceability and conduct stock checks.
• Monitor production consumables and coordinate replenishment.
• Prepare, pack, label and document finished goods for shipment.
• Create shipments and arrange courier/freight collections.
• Monitor shipments and maintain shipping records.
• Prepare customer documentation and Certificates of Conformity.
• Process shipping orders and support customs documentation.
• Release work orders and distribute production paperwork.
• Support inspection requests, quality documentation and general stores duties.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Planning, Suppliers and Customers.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join their Supply Chain team in Whetstone. This role focuses on goods receiving, stock control, and shipping, with full training provided.

Training & Development

Full training will be provided, with initial shadowing and gradual responsibility. You will gain exposure to the end-to-end supply chain process and develop your skills across shipping, inventory, goods-in, purchasing, quality and customer documentation.

This is a long-term opportunity with potential for increased responsibility and salary progression.
