Job summary

Thirteen Group is seeking a Supply Chain Co-ordinator on a three month fixed term contract. The role supports suppliers, colleagues and operations, with a hybrid pattern including office days in Middlesbrough and Stockton/Hartlepool and home working.

You’ll raise purchase orders, coordinate PPE, and resolve supplier queries while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. The role may become permanent and offers great benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operational support is beneficial.
• Comfortable using a range of IT systems for administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support key contracts, including Travis Perkins. Raise purchase orders, co-ordinate PPE requests, and resolve supplier and customer queries to ensure a seamless service.
• Build positive relationships with third-party suppliers and colleagues to coordinate services and on-time delivery.
• Carry out administration and system maintenance tasks, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Support management of compliance and regulatory information and produce reports for areas such as managed services, fleet, and waste management.
• Produce and analyse performance information to help the team understand service performance.
• Provide operational support to frontline teams with resources such as PPE, equipment, and fleet vehicles.

Join us as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator at Thirteen Group!

Role Overview

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join us on a three month fixed term contract. You'll play a key role in keeping our services running smoothly by supporting suppliers, colleagues and operational teams, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

This is a roam role, so you’ll work at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, one day a week from a Travis Perkins depot in Stockton or Hartlepool, as well as from home. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• The role is varied so we’re looking for someone with good organisational and prioritisation skills, who can work well individually and as part of a supportive team.
• You’re customer focused, enjoy solving problems, and are confident dealing with queries and issues in a professional and timely way.
• Experience within a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operational support environment would be beneficial.
• You’re a confident communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable using a range of IT systems for administration tasks.
