Job summary

Trinny London is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to join our Operations team in London. You will support day-to-day supply chain functions, manage inventory, and assist with ERP administration, working closely with the Senior Supply Planner.

You will use AI tools to streamline workflows, maintain process documentation, and help ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting across two distribution centers. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Data literacy and strong numerical reasoning.
• MS Office competency, particularly Outlook.
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with suppliers and colleagues.
• Good time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.
• Good computer literacy, including comfort using AI tools.
• Some previous experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Some previous experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain functions and maintain process documentation.
• Liaison with suppliers, chasing overdue items to ensure deliveries stay on schedule.
• Create accurate OTIF reports to track supplier performance.
• Manage inventory levels and flag risks for top/bottom lines.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies across two distribution centers and supplier warehouses.
• Assist with data capture into CSV files, system migrations, and error checks.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows and draft communications.
