Job summary

Trinny London Limited. is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to join the Operations team in London. You will support daily supply chain activities, liaise with suppliers, and help manage inventory and ERP administration. The role offers exposure to AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and lookups.
• Data literacy and numerical reasoning for supply chain tasks.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook for communications.
• Communicate confidently with suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and data capture is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain functions and maintain process documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and chase overdue items to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Create OTIF reports to track supplier delivery performance.
• Manage inventory levels and flag risks across distribution centers.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support data capture tasks.
• Assist with system migrations, CSV data uploads, and error checking.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline workflows and draft communications.
