Position Title: Supply Chain Assistant

Location: Wolverhampton (Site based)

Key responsibilities

• To provide critical support across the Supply Chain team and contributing effectively to ensure that all processes are followed and processed correctly.
• Provide analysis of open sales orders against forecast identifying shortfalls / additional demand
• Update & Manage Customer Service OTIF KPI’s
• Monitor & Update Current and future month’s order intake.
• Facilitate the return of any customer products liaising with all relevant departments
• Support other roles within Supply Chain Team, cross training in Logistics, Order Processing & Production Coordinator to provide holiday cover if required.
• Manage & Update Internal Supply Chain NCR
• Scan In & Manage In-coming Delivery notes, Customer POD’s & Driver Sign In Sheets.
• Chase Supplier’s & Ensure All BRC certifications are up to date.
• Update Within IFS Customer/Supplier Prices.
• Assist Supply Chain Controller with fortnightly stock takes on all inventory parts.
• Provide Aged Stock Reports To Sales Team.
