Job summary

Key Appointments UK Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Supply Chain and Operations Administrator to support Purchasing, Warehouse and Production teams. You will ensure stock and processes are managed efficiently, maintaining ERP records and producing KPI reports.

The role offers hybrid working after an initial training period and opportunities for development within a growing international business. The ideal candidate is highly organised, with strong Excel/Word skills and experience with ERP systems,

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced admin environment.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and expedite purchase orders using Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams to ensure on-time materials arrival.
  • Coordinate Goods In bookings and warehouse documentation, including Certificates of Analysis.
  • Process stock receipts, transfers, production transactions, repacks and stock adjustments.
  • Support production administration ensuring manufacturing documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Carry out stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and assist with stocktakes.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and master data in the ERP system.
  • Produce inventory reports and operational KPI information.
  • Provide admin support across Purchasing, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.

We're recruiting for a Supply Chain and Operations Administrator to support the Purchasing, Warehouse and Production teams, ensuring products, stock and operational processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

What you'll be doing...
  • Creating, maintaining and expediting purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams to ensure materials arrive on time
  • Coordinating Goods In bookings and processing warehouse documentation, including Certificates of Analysis
  • Processing stock receipts, transfers, production transactions, repacks and authorised stock adjustments
  • Supporting production administration, ensuring manufacturing documentation is completed accurately

What we're looking for...

  • Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and data processing skills

It would be advantageous if you also have experience within:

  • Purchasing, procurement or supply chain administration
  • Stock control or inventory management
  • Warehouse or production administration
