Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Hull. This role supports stock control, customer orders, and operational reporting in a busy environment.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, process orders, and generate regular ERP reports while ensuring data accuracy. The position offers ongoing training and development and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Purchasing, or Administration.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, or business management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicator across all levels of the business.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and transport providers.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the internal systems.
  • Produce and distribute regular reports to support operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate data within ERP and business management systems.
  • Support compliance and quality processes, ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Liaise with internal departments including Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Customer Service.
  • Investigate and resolve stock, delivery, and order‑related queries.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

Location: Hull

Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience supporting supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Hull that is looking to strengthen its supply chain team with the addition of a proactive Supply Chain Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting inventory control, customer order management, and operational reporting.

The Role

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information across the supply chain function, supporting stock control, customer requirements, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with suppliers and transport providers.
