Job description

We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities and site management professionals who can make a difference to the sites and the people we serve.

We're four years young and growing in providing on-site solutions to the Prison Service. We want applicants with experience in the following areas:

1. Liaising with suppliers and the wider business to ensure all relevant information is complete for onboarding.
2. Keeping all supplier information on Oracle up to date, including setting up new suppliers and making changes to existing details.
3. Providing administrative support for the commercial team, including meetings and events.
4. Supporting the commercial aspect of the tendering process according to GFSL processes.
5. Maintaining a tracker of compensation events for the commercial team to progress with clients, noting statuses such as agreed, rejected, or in progress.
6. Working closely with the BSC to support client billing, ensuring all agreed additional costs are included.
7. Ensuring GFSL can bill effectively to maintain healthy cash flow.
8. Gathering operational information to support valuation of compensation events.
9. Supporting procurement processes across BSC, Commercial, and Supply Chain with admin support as needed.
10. Taking responsibility for personal development and highlighting training needs to management.
