Job description

Role: Planning, Purchasing and Stock Administrator

Location: Rochdale

Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum - Depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday days

Russell Taylor Group are recruiting a Planning, Purchasing and Stock Administrator to join our client's expanding operations in Rochdale.

The Role

• Generate and manage work orders, ensuring accurate completion and return of stock into inventory.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation to the Filling and Dispatch Departments.
• Oversee the movement, addition, and removal of stock within the inventory system as needed.
• Allocate stock to sales orders to support the Customer Services team in coordinating dispatch.
• Execute the production schedule, including raising batch sheets, printing and distributing work orders, and processing completed worksheets.
• Liaise with key departments and actively participate in cross-departmental meetings.
• Raise and place purchase orders for raw materials and non-stock items within the inventory system.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth running of operations.
