Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our client’s administration team for a 3-6 month assignment at our Eastfield site near Seamer. The role emphasizes efficient administration, logistics support and teamwork in a busy environment.

You’ll manage purchase orders, track inventory, liaise with suppliers, process invoices in SAP/Sage and maintain accurate records. Advanced Excel skills and strong communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate records and efficient documentation.
  • Front-facing duties and visitor reception as required.

About the role:

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

supports logistics and procurement by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective product delivery.

Processing invoices, updating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage), maintaining accurate records

Use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level

Managing administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy

Excellent use of IT - updating reports using multiple web portals and excel.

Supporting with scheduling, correspondence, inventory ordering, invoicing and documentation

Maintaining organised records and files for easy access

Time occasionally spent being the front face of the company, and welcoming visitors, employees and other stakeholders to the site

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level

Familiarity with SAP and / or ERP software

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

Proven experience in administration
