Job summary

Expressions Holidays, a luxury tour operator, seeks a Graduate Supplier Relationship Executive to manage supplier contracts, maintain databases and update our website with contract details and offers. You will load costs into the reservations system and liaise between suppliers and the sales team from our Exeter offices.

You will join a graduate-led team, benefit from on-the-job and in-house training, and develop in a dynamic travel industry environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier contracts and commercial terms.

• Liaise between suppliers and the sales team for contracts and agreements.

Supplier Relationship Executive

Introduction

Expressions Holidays is a specialist, luxury tour operator, in business since 1989, arranging tailor-made holidays to selected destinations in Europe and further afield.

We are looking to recruit a Supplier Relationship Executive who will be responsible for this important commercial role within our company.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain experience of the travel industry, to take ownership of projects, to work independently within a team and to contribute to the well-being of the company.

The focus of the role is on managing and administering the relationships the company has with many international suppliers (mainly hotels, but also local transport and experience companies).

The role involves:

• Supplier contract management
• Supplier database management
• Up-dating website with contract information
• Up-dating website with special offers from suppliers
• Loading costs and rates from suppliers into our reservations system
• Maintaining accurate information from suppliers such as bank account details
• Managing commercial terms with suppliers
• Liaising between suppliers and our sales team for contracts and agreements
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Obtaining images from suppliers for product management

You will be educated to UK degree level, ideally from a Russell Group university. You should have very good Microsoft Office skills and experience. Any foreign language is an advantage (the company uses French, Italian, Spanish and German regularly).

You will be joining a team of other graduates, some from Exeter, others fromother UK universities, who work across the company in holiday sales, marketing, product, admin and accounts, based in our attractive and spacious offices with parking in Exeter. Training will be provided on the job, in-house and externally.

Please note: this is a full-time, not a part-time role

Starting salary - £26,000 per annum
