Expressions Holidays, a luxury tour operator, seeks a Graduate Supplier Relationship Executive to manage supplier contracts, maintain databases and update our website with contract details and offers. You will load costs into the reservations system and liaise between suppliers and the sales team from our Exeter offices.

You will join a graduate-led team, benefit from on-the-job and in-house training, and develop in a dynamic travel industry environment.

Formación

• Commercial understanding and attention to detail are essential.
• Methodical, disciplined and able to finish a project with no loose ends.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
• Able to work in a team and also challenge ideas when needed.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences between suppliers is important.
• UK degree level; ideally from a Russell Group university.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier contracts and commercial terms.
• Administer supplier database and update contract information.
• Update website with contract details and supplier offers.
• Load costs and rates from suppliers into the reservations system.
• Maintain accurate supplier data including bank details.
• Liaise between suppliers and the sales team for contracts and agreements.
• Handle invoice queries and related admin tasks.
• Coordinate obtaining product images from suppliers.
