Job Description:

Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a leader in innovation, working on groundbreaking projects across various fields, including land, sea, and air. Our portfolio includes the RB17 Hypercar, collaborations with KTM Moto GP Team, and Alinghi Red Bull Racing in the America's Cup, utilizing Formula One expertise to push the boundaries of engineering.

We are expanding our supply chain operations and seeking a dedicated Supplier Quality Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves supporting manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams to reduce risks and ensure quality standards.

The role:

• Create and manage Quality Standard Operating Procedures and implementation guidelines.
• Develop and maintain standards documents supporting quality assurance practices.
• Promote and uphold quality standards in engineering and manufacturing.
• Develop quality control systems and corrective action processes.
• Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure understanding and compliance with quality requirements for first-time right delivery.
• Lead and facilitate Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
• Contribute to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for design validation.

To be considered, you should have:

• Experience in a similar quality role within manufacturing or assembly industries.
• A strong background in composites and mechanical engineering.
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and FMEA methodologies.
• Understanding of metrology principles and measurement techniques, including GD&T.
