Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a powerhouse of innovation, working on groundbreaking projects across land, sea, and air. Our portfolio includes the RB17 Hypercar, a Red Bull commissioned submarine, collaborations with KTM Moto GP Team, and Alinghi Red Bull Racing in the Americas Cup, utilizing Formula One expertise to enhance yacht and Moto GP aerodynamics.

We are expanding our supply chain operations and have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role supports RBAT's manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams to reduce risks and ensure quality standards.

The role includes:

1. Create, manage, and publish Quality Standard Operating Procedures with implementation guidelines.
2. Develop and maintain standards documents that complement process procedures and quality practices.
3. Establish and promote quality standards and principles in engineering and manufacturing processes.
4. Develop quality control systems with corrective action processes.
5. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
6. Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure understanding and compliance with quality requirements for first-time right delivery.
7. Lead and facilitate Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for relevant projects.
8. Contribute to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to validate design for manufacture/assembly (DFM/A).

Candidate requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience in a similar quality role within manufacturing or assembly industries.
2. Strong background in composites and mechanical engineering.
3. Excellent communication skills across all levels, internally and externally.
4. Experience with SPC, MSA, Gauge R&R, and FMEA.
5. Understanding of metrology principles, measurement techniques, and GD&T.
