Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes, including criteria for supplier selection and evaluation.
• Create supplier requirements and audit documents to meet quality standards.
• Conduct supplier audits to assess their quality systems and compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement and engineering to resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality problems.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster continuous improvement.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics.
• Support new product introductions ensuring supplier capabilities meet requirements.
• Train and mentor suppliers on quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• Experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer, preferably in automotive or motorsport.
• Knowledge of metallic and composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools like Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in supplier audits and compliance assessment.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of industry standards (ISO 9001) and automotive requirements is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed.
