Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you interested in working on data centre contracts? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This role is suitable for an Air Conditioning Engineer seeking progression. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000, with potential for overtime earnings.
- Service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Main duties include work on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant
- Pressure leak testing
- Compressor replacements
- Brazing
- Electrical knowledge is beneficial
- Extensive building services knowledge
- Salary up to £43,000
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Van and Fuel Card provided
- Tablet and Work Phone provided
- Full company uniform
- Private use of van
- Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
- Overtime opportunities
- AC qualification - City & Guilds Level 2
- F-Gas qualification (Essential)
- Electrical knowledge (preferred)
- Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with good communication skills
